Privacy Policy
VocalCentric is designed for choirs, singers, producers, music directors, worship teams, and communities that need a reliable place to rehearse, collaborate, and grow. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you create an account, use our mobile or web products, upload content, request feedback, join a community, subscribe to a plan, or contact our support team.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including account details, profile information, choir or organization details, subscription information, uploaded rehearsal materials, song requests, comments, feedback requests, support messages, and other content you choose to submit. We may also collect technical and usage information, such as device identifiers, browser type, app version, log data, approximate location derived from your device or network, pages viewed, features used, and the time and frequency of your activity.
We use this information to operate VocalCentric, provide rehearsal and collaboration tools, process subscriptions, personalize your experience, improve product quality, provide support, send service updates, protect accounts, prevent misuse, and understand how our platform is being used. Where the product includes AI-assisted features, submitted content may be processed to generate practice support, feedback, transcriptions, arrangements, or other requested outputs.
VocalCentric does not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us host the platform, process payments, analyze usage, deliver messages, provide customer support, detect abuse, and maintain security. These providers are permitted to use information only to perform services for us. If you use VocalCentric through a choir, team, school, ministry, or organization, authorized administrators may be able to access account, membership, and activity information needed to manage that workspace.
You are responsible for the content you upload and share through VocalCentric. Please make sure you have the rights and permissions needed before submitting songs, recordings, stems, lyrics, arrangements, images, names, or other materials. We may remove content or restrict access where necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users, or respond to valid rights-holder requests.
You can request updates to account information, ask for help accessing your data, or request deletion by contacting support. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, audit, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business operations. If your organization requires a custom data-processing agreement before onboarding at scale, contact us before rolling out VocalCentric to your team.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information and submitted content. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage users to keep account credentials private, use strong passwords, review team access regularly, and avoid sharing sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the intended collaboration.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as VocalCentric evolves. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, by email, or through another appropriate channel. Continued use of VocalCentric after an update means the revised policy applies from the effective date shown on this page.
