Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of VocalCentric, including our website, mobile applications, rehearsal tools, collaboration features, AI-assisted workflows, subscriptions, community features, and related services. By creating an account, joining a team, subscribing to a plan, uploading content, or using VocalCentric, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you use VocalCentric on behalf of a choir, school, ministry, company, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization and to manage the users, content, and subscriptions connected to that workspace.
VocalCentric gives users tools to rehearse, prepare parts, request feedback, organize teams, manage setlists, participate in communities, and collaborate around musical content. Access to specific songs, stems, AI generations, storage, team features, consultation sessions, or community resources may depend on your selected plan, your role, product availability, licensing restrictions, or administrator settings.
Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, downgrades, and refunds are handled according to the plan, platform, payment provider, and checkout flow you use. Paid access may be suspended, limited, or terminated for failed payments, fraud, misuse, chargebacks, legal compliance issues, or violations of these terms. Features and prices may change, but we will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes that affect active subscriptions.
You retain ownership of content you submit to VocalCentric, subject to any rights held by original creators, publishers, performers, producers, labels, licensors, or other third parties. By uploading, recording, sharing, or submitting content, you grant VocalCentric the permissions needed to host, process, stream, analyze, display, transmit, and otherwise operate the service for you and the people you choose to collaborate with.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for any songs, recordings, stems, lyrics, arrangements, images, names, performances, or other materials you upload or share through VocalCentric. Do not use VocalCentric to infringe intellectual property rights, distribute unauthorized copies, bypass licensing restrictions, or make content available to people who are not authorized to access it.
You agree not to misuse VocalCentric. This includes attempting to disrupt the platform, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape data without permission, upload malicious code, impersonate others, harass users, submit unlawful content, evade payment, abuse AI-assisted features, interfere with communities, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
AI-assisted outputs, practice feedback, transcriptions, arrangements, scoring, recommendations, and similar features are provided to support rehearsal and learning workflows. They may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every musical context. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in rehearsals, performances, instruction, production, publication, or paid work.
VocalCentric may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product changes, rights management, or business reasons. We may also remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe the service is being misused or these terms have been violated.
To the extent permitted by law, VocalCentric is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, rehearsal disruption, performance outcomes, licensing disputes, or third-party content issues arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time as VocalCentric evolves. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, by email, or through another appropriate channel. Continued use of VocalCentric after an update means the revised terms apply from the effective date shown on this page.
